C, the easiest and most effective delivery mode for most speakers is speaking carefully from prepared notes. Reading a printout is unprofessional and seems lazy or unprepared. Winging it is never a good option. Memorizing a speech word for word is good dedication, but it sounds like you're just reciting something versus giving a talk and being present.
