A total of more than 50 million immigrants, a combination of legal and illegal, came to the United States in the year 2010. According to reports, Honduras brought about 85% immigrants which made it the top sending country among others. Honduras was followed by India, Guatemala, and then Peru. This increase in the number of immigrants resulted in the parallel shoot up of the United States' low-income community.
