The National Labor Relations Act (Option C) was also known as the Wagner Act because it was promoted and proposed by the senator Robert F. Wagner in 1935. This federal law aims to protect workers' rights so they can form workers' unions and to protest against unfair labor conditions without the fear of losing their jobs. After the law was approved, multiple syndicates were formed across the country, but nowadays workers' unions can't strike if that puts in danger the national security.
