One recreational opportunity that teenagers in a certain area could do is group jogging. Group jogging is excellent for them because it keeps a healthy routine of exercising regularly, it makes them socialize with their peers which also has a positive health impact, and finally, it improves cardiovascular functioning as a type of exercise. All of these three examples serve as a good reason why the teenagers could pick up jogging.
