They reduce vaginal burning, itching, and discharge that may occur with this condition. Amphotericib B on the other hand , is an antifungal used for serious fungal infections and leishmaniasis. It is used to treat fungal infections such as aspergillosis, candidiasis, and cryptococcosis among others.
