Seeing as a world power from France having a successful revolution, since the citizens kicked the king out. Monarchs from nearby countries from France might be afraid because it might influence their people to revolt against them. These monarchs would be afraid of republic because they won’t have as much power and money as they used to. In a democracy power is chosen by the people in monarch power chosen by family bloodline.
