We have to write and solve the expression: "The quotient of 6 and 2, times 3, plus the difference of 18 and 5".

The quotient of 6 and 2 is 6/2. If we mulitply it by 3, we get:

[tex]\frac{6}{2}\cdot3=3\cdot3=9[/tex]

We have to add to it the difference of 18 and 5, that is (18-5):

[tex]9+(18-5)=9+13=22[/tex]

Answer: 22
